I give you a fully personalised training plan, I teach you the correct way of doing exercises, a healthy posture, correct breathing and warm-up technique. I can also help you in tips of a healty and balanced diet. We will be exercising in a functional fitness gym and we will reach your goal together step by step. With me, you can always expect a good mood during the classes. :)
